Alpha Leap is a small, employee-owned AI studio.

We’re not a traditional consultancy and not a big corporate machine. We’re building products, new ventures, and meaningful AI solutions together with ambitious companies — and we’re building the company itself at the same time.

Here, you won’t be “a resource on a project”.

You’ll:

What we expect from you

You’re not just a Data Scientist. You’re a builder.

You enjoy moving between:

• messy business problems

• sharp technical work

• and clear communication

You like thinking with clients, not just delivering to them.

You’re comfortable figuring things out when there’s no playbook yet — and you probably get a bit bored when everything is already defined.

Most importantly:
You take responsibility like it’s your own company.

Because here, it is.

What you’ll likely bring

(We care more about mindset and experience than checkboxes — but this is the kind of background that usually works well.)

• Strong experience applying AI/ML to real-world problems

• Solid Python skills (data, modeling, experimentation)

• Comfortable working with messy datasets and SQL

• Good intuition for statistics and modeling trade-offs

• Experience talking to stakeholders or clients

• Ability to explain complex things simply

You’ve probably done this for several years already — but we care more about what you’ve built than exactly how long you’ve worked. Right now, we're looking for senior people but this will change going forward.
