What we expect from you

As a Data Scientist, you’re great at combining technical, analytical, and communication skills – and you enjoy turning data into insights that make a real difference. You also have a solid academic background (Bachelor’s and Master’s degree) and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Must-haves

We’ve automated our selection based on these

• Degree: Bachelor’s and Master’s in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 6 years working as a Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with applied AI/ML/Deep Learning.
• Programming: Strong skills in Python or R.
• SQL: Confident in extracting and handling large datasets.
• Statistics & mathematics: Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and linear algebra.

Nice-to-haves

These make you stand out, but aren’t mandatory to apply

• Machine learning and modeling: Experience training, tuning, and applying algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Data visualization: Ability to turn complex findings into clear, engaging visuals (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Problem-solving: A knack for asking the right questions and designing smart approaches that tackle the real business challenges.
• Communication: The ability to explain insights simply and effectively so they lead to action.
• Curiosity and adaptability: You stay curious, keep learning, and enjoy adapting to new tools and ways of working.
